Registration still available for the following upcoming preservation classes:

Preserving Oral Histories, (Live Online) 03/30/2010, 2 - 4 pm
This class covers the selection of appropriate storage formats and housings for sound and video recordings, transcribed interviews, interview notes and photographs.

Basic Digital Stewardship, (Live Online), 03/31/2010, 2 - 4 pm
This introductory class will cover appropriate file formats, migration and refreshing of digital materials as well as preservation principles for digital repositories.

These classes are funded in part by the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) Division of Preservation and Access.
