Understand that I gave up my MAC a few years ago
kicking and screaming. I didn't want to go back to a
PC platform after having had the luxury of a MAC.

However, the transition was veritably painless, and I
was pleasantly surprised.

Regarding the Access and Filemaker Pro scenarios, I've
used both. It's really unfortunate that Access is not
Mac-based. It's a much better program. It is so
dynamic as to be scary.
