STG International (STGi) is actively seeking a KE EMu Information Specialist/Database Manager to provide services at The National Museum of Health and Medicine located in Silver Spring, MD, USA. STGi is in an active bidding process for NMHM and position availability is contingent upon STG International being awarded the contract. The contract award is scheduled to be announced on/around June/July.
Required Skills
* Skill in using techniques, components, and tools of a typical database management system to build a comprehensive database information system.
* Knowledge and use of Structured Query Language (SQL) to define, manipulate, and access a database.
* Extensive knowledge of state-of-the-art principles and technology as related to a Database Management System in addition to the ability to effectively analyze and apply requirements into a sound database design.
Required Experience
* Possess, at a minimum, a Bachelors degree in computer science or similar field.
* Two (2) years relevant experience as a Database Administrator with Security+ certification.
* KE EMu database training or existing Museum database training certificate of completion
