membership organization, The Friends of Drayton Hall.
*	Directly oversee development manager, whose primary focus is
Friends of Drayton Hall membership program supervision.
*	Coordinate inter-departmental special projects as required.

Criteria for evaluating success: Performance measures will include
realization of Drayton Hall's strategic goals and annual work plans in
collaboration with staff and outside partners.

Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree preferred. Minimum 10 years
experience in professional capacity working with non-profit
organizations in a development capacity. Proven managerial, written,
administrative, verbal, and fundraising skills. Must be able to
articulate the site's mission to a wide range of audiences.
