Hello Katie:

We used Inspired Lighting for some taper candles we needed here for an
exhibit, and although they worked fine and looked fine, we were going
through batteries like crazy. We were using the lights for 7 hours at a
time (our daily open hours) and were needing to change the batteries
every second or third day. Eventually we gave up. I don't think they are
really meant to have on for more than a couple hours at a time, which
may be fine for your purposes. If you decide to use them and need LR44
batteries, I have some to sell you, cheap! I bought them in a bulk
package when we used the lights - and they are still hanging around my
office!

Best,
Jennifer Madden

Subject: [MUSEUM-L] Flameless taper canles

Good afternoon all,

I am looking for suggestions for realistic looking (well, as realistic
looking as possible under the circumstances!) flameless/LED taper
candles to be used in an historic house holiday display. I've gone
through the archives and found a couple potential leads (Inspired
Lighting looks pretty good), but I'd love to know if anyone has any more
recent options to share.

Thanks in advance,

Katie Womack
