We do not accession copies or reproductions into the collection. We do use 
copies, however, and they are listed or calendared into an inventory and clearly 
identified as such. One exception is for some of the older mimeographed 
materials that were created by Shakers on their machinery.  Guess there is an 
exception to every rule.
