I am posting the following message on behalf of a colleague.  Feel free
to contact her directly or post to the list and I will forward the
responses to her. 

 

We are needing to do an impact analysis on bringing a museum to
Georgetown.

Do any of you have a good method to do this accurately or even close?

If so, let me know what you suggest.  Thanks!  Shelly
