I've been investigating the purchase of modules from a company in Canada
called GCI. The modules they have developed they are marketing as "Virtual
Collections" and the modules run on FileMaker Pro. I like the interface and
the user input (someone can link to the site database from an artifact and
vice versa, they can also see whether the object is on display or on loan
with a touch of a button). I'm sold on it, but others who will also be
using the package are not quite as convinced. I'm trying to find out if any
others of you have used the Virtual Collections modules and what your
opinion/results have been both with the software and the company.

Thanks!

emily
