Greetings one and all ~

I've been working on a 30 ft. bamboo airliner sound/sculpture to be
installed in the Lab (SF Gallery) in May. See:

http://www.infoflow.com/larnie/airliner/

I do have the sound components together, and I'm going to sound them off
at CELL this weekend, under the auspices of Qbox. I hope those of you in
San Francisco can make it.

I will need plenty of help installing this work in early May. Email me
if you want to help. I will also be looking for good homes for large
sculptures in June. Let me know about that, too, if you're interested.

QBOX supports the creation, presentation, discussion and preservation of
mechanical, kinetic and electronic art in the Bay Area. We provide
emerging and established artists with a much-needed local forum for
their ideas and their art. Our programs help subsidize the creation of
local art by sharing a substantial portion of our proceeds with the
artists whose work we present. We create an artistic environment that
encourages cross-cultural, cross-generational, collaborative interaction
between art organizations, artists and audience members alike.
