Has anyone  hired a professional consultant  to conduct an
accessibility audit of their historical buildings, grounds and parking
area?  I am looking for sample Requests for Proposals and ballpark budget
information on how much something like this will cost, and not having much
luck.  Our property has three historic structures (two Victorian era houses
and a 1932 Coach House structure) connected by brick paver walkways and is
situated on two residential sized lots.

I have a list from the ADA center of firms that do such work, but i'm
hesitant about reaching out to them at this preliminary point in our
investigation.

Any suggestions, listers?
