How can a Museum go about registering a copyright for their web site
with the Library of Congress?

I read in a magazine it was a good thing to do, but I was not sure if it
qualified as a periodical or not? They referred to the site
http://lcweb.loc.gov/copyright/ but I could not make any clear decision
there.
