Jennifer,

Try any good theatrical supply house.  Rosco, Great American Market, SX and a whole host of other manufacturers make very realistic battery/electric candles for stage and film work.

Alternatively, if you have any kind of electronics shop in-house, you can make them yourselves very easily.  If this is an option, e-mail me and I will point you to web sites with schematics.
