The Sun Cities Art Museum has a scroll painted by Masuda Gyokujyo, who
graduated from the Tokyo Art School.  This particular work was apparently
accepted for the annual Department Education exhibition of fine arts and
exhibition of the Imperial Art Institute.  Any additional information about
this artist would be appreciated.
