Dear Rob -- Sam Gilliam; One of his draped canvas pieces is included in an
exhibition we are touring To Conserve A Legacy:  American Art from
Historically Black Colleges and Universities.  The exhibition opens March 17
at The Studio Museum in Harlem, New York, and then travels through the
country through 2001.  He's quite well known.  Cheers!  Geri Thomas
