Actually Mario I have been following this discussion thread since August and
am very aware of those in support and those against.
I'm with Patrick on this and both of us are providing of informed opinions,
having been associated with ICOM for a many years.
As to mentoring, that takes place very successfully now, within the existing
international committee structure so I stand by previous comments
