Is there anyone who had / has experiences with Visual dBase (Borland) in a
museum environment, to build large databases including graphics and
photographs, and to publish results on internet and/or intranet.
The main question we have is about the possibility to translate old dBase
III+ records to Visual dBase. The purpose is to translate all the available
data to Visual dBase which is said to be the direct descendant of the old
dBase-generation, and to add separately stored graphics (and a lot of
photographs that still need to be scanned).
Is anyone using Visual dBase to build webspaces ?
