I can't recall if I responded to this query last week, but I can point you to
an international bibliography of more than one thousand citations, many of
which relate to survey research. Go to the resources page of our website
(http://www.civilization.ca/cwm/cwmeng/cwmreeng.html). Select the introduction
in English, French or German and you can download the bibliography as an MS
Word, WordPerfect or ASCII (DOS TEXT) file. Compiled by Friedrich Waidacher of
Graz, Jan Sas of Amsterdam and myself (with the contributions of a number of
other colleagues world wide) and updated regularly, it is a good source of
literature on many aspects of evaluation, visitor studies, market research and
performance measurement.
