Dear List Administrator,
                         There have been numerous complaints about the
info-disc file that clogged up our systems at this special time of the
year.
                         Why has there been no comment from you?
 Please will you let us how how this was allowed to happen?
                         Many of us rely especially on our email systems
at this time of the year to retrieve messages from family and friends.
 It wasn't just the download time, my service provider blocked access to
all my other messages because of this, I HAVE HAD TO SPEND HOURS JUST TO
GET BACK ON LINE.
                         Will you please send an official complaint on
behalf of all of us to Doug Powles,InfoDisc, email;[log in to unmask]
                         His thoughtless action has ruined the festive
season!  Thankyou.
