Dear list members,

Mr. Baron is absolutely right on the status of the accession book. The museum 
without accession sheet (numbered, bound etc. hardcopies from the system) or a 
real good old book acts carelessly. The accession books should be stored safely 
and made accessible only to a clearly defined circle of trustful persons.
