Sara, don't you think that 1% or less is worth seeking out, outreaching
to?!! Are numbers the only thing that matter?!!! I am sorry but you, as
an administrator, and I am assuming with hiring responsibilities, are exactly
the person that needs to understand (to say the least) the importance of
this discussion.
