The discussion about living, breathing politicos using museums should be a
cause for great cheering - particularly when they want to use the facility as
a photo - op backdrop.  At our old courthouse museum we now have a poilcy
which results in about two events/vigils/speakouts per month on our steps.

It says scads about public perception of public spaces - that the museum is
considered "public" to this extent can only be good for us - and any other
museum
