The Frank Duncan photo collection at the Marfa-Presidio County Museum
contains fairly good coverage of quicksilver mining and smelting.  The
images are from the 1920s and cover the Waldron Mine most completely.
The collection has been recently catalogued.  The contact is Lois Howard,
P.O. Box 538, Marfa 79843.  The phone at the museum is 915/729-8178, but
I believe they are moving from one building to another so the number may
be changing.  The museum is usually open only on Wednesday afternoons.
