Henry Grunder asked: "So the question is "How would we go about tapping into
PACIN?"

Oooh, I'm glad you asked. PACIN is a task force of the Registrars Committee of
the American Association of Museums. The contact person is Brent Powell, Chief
Preparator of the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, 4525 Oak Street, Kansas City MO,
64111-1873, Phone: 816-751-1294. Brent has written/coordianted the publication
of two very handy packing manuals. They are inexpensive!!!

Book one: Technical Handbook of Packing and Crating Methods. Just 10 bucks US
(plus S&H)

Book two: Soft Packing: Methods and Methodology for the Packing and Transport of
Art and Artifacts, Just 20 Bucks US (plus S&H)

Gotta get 'em, Gotta Love 'em.
