Funding for libraries is already being cut, just as IMS is.

Assuming
that the Senate proposal is adopted, the library funds and the IMS funds
would be kept separate -- that is, separate appropriations subcommittees
would approve museum and library funds, and the programs would be run
separately.  So it will be easy to track whether our funds go up or down
in the future.
