The _Anthropology Newsletter_ had a column on Ethical Dilemmas for a while.
They would publish a dilemma scenario and then what the person actually did
and people would comment on what should have been done to handle the problem.
I don't have exact citations on which issues had this column but if you are
interested you could try contacting them.  I know the Managing Editor of
the Anthropology Newsletter is on line so maybe she could help out or
