Lauryn G. Grant, Asst. General Counsel, Smithsonian Institution, will
give a talk entitled "Copyright Issues Facing Museums in an Electronic
Age" at the University of Delaware, Newark, DE, 12-1-95, in 202 Old College.

The lecture is cosponsored by the Museum Studies Program and the Art
Conservation Dept. at the U. of D.
