FIVE FELLOWSHIPS OFFERED AT GEORGE MEANY MEMORIAL ARCHIVES


The George Meany Memorial Archives is the official archives of the American
Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations, located in
Silver Spring, MD, near Washington, D.C.

Three archives, one museum, and one library fellowship, for academic year
1996-97, available to full-time graduate students in history, library
science, museum studies, or related fields.  U. S. citizenship required.

Earn $11,500 for academic year, based on three 6.5 hour workdays per week.
Your university provides tuition remission, where applicable.

Send current resume, cover letter, one letter of recommendation, official
college transcripts, and a writing sample to:
