The site is one of Three Waterfront Museums under the same administration
the other two being the Pump House Steam Musuem and the Museum Ship
Alexander Henry (also used as a Bed & Breakfast)
 
The marine museum has extensive research facilities and through the
courtesy of Queen's University at Kingston provides international
access to its collections and marine information data bases. In
addition the musuem is the sponsor of MARHST-L a server for those interested
in maritime museums and maritime history (currently almost 250 subscribers)
