The Helen Allen Textule Collection on the University of Wisconsin - Madison
campus has several wreaths of human hair flowers + some ornaments.  They are
all made of hair of dead people as a memorium, each flower is tagged with the
deceased's name by the original owner (maker?).  I believe the Wisconsin State
Historical Society in Madison, also has some   hair wreaths and ornaments.
