Right, but in the digital age, it's very hard to actually "erase"
something. There are back-up tapes, archives, printouts, etc. etc.
Would a pharaoh cease to exist just by deleting their e-mail profile,
their myspace, Facebook page, live journal, twitter account, etc. etc.
or would you have to go and find every single print-out, saved e-mail,
and back-up tape out there?

And if Egyptians had computers, what would they look like?  :)
