Two places to look:
Hood Museum did a marvelous exhibit years ago, called "The Age of the
Marvelous". The catalog is a gem, well worth consulting for info on
cabinets.
There was (maybe still is) an exhibit at Harvard's Collection of
Historical Scientific Instruments that was a recreation of Wormius'
cabinet.
