Sometime in the near future we are going to be sending
off a couple of our model trains to be repaired. I'm
not sure if it will be local or out of state. We
would like to have some official paperwork to document
where they are, who has them, when they expect to be
returned, etc. Do any of you have examples of this
type of document?

Thank you,
Jennifer Cook
