Hi All,

We use EmbARK by Gallery Systems in conjunction with our
Macs...mostly Powerbooks.  It is extremely easy to work with, and the
support folks have been just wonderful during the few times we have
had to call.  To make the case stronger...we have a growing
collection and no full-time staff member to handle it.  Our state is
under a hiring freeze.  This means that one of the other staff has to
handle it or (as it has been for the last year or so) we hire an
upper level, part-time student to help out.  This means that we have
changed workers several times and each time they have caught on very
quickly.
