A person in this position will be responsible for managing all aspects of
projects at EMP. Project subject matter will be predominantly, but not
limited to new exhibit and curatorial efforts. This includes assisting
internal clients to identify and justify project efforts, and managing a
project through all major phases (initiation, execution, implementation and
closeout) in an efficient and effective manner. The project manager will be
responsible for properly managing the timeline of the project, the
resources assigned to the project and the project budget. He or she will
also be required to contribute to, consult on and assist in the continuous
development and refinement of the EMP Project Management Guidelines.
