and sustainable membership program encompassing all levels of membership,
including major donors. The Membership Manager creates the strategic and
marketing plans for the membership program. This position is responsible
for hiring and managing staff, overseeing acquisition and renewal
campaigns, identifying new membership streams, and maintaining a member-
centric culture throughout EMP.
