Dear Listers,

The biggest problem on this list is nasty criticism.   I for one am very
tired of it.

Why don't we all try to be civil and professional in our posts from now on?

Also, if Indigonights was male, I don't think Ton or anyone else would have
attacked her posts.    Think about that.   Somehow single women seem to be
the targets of subtle harassment in too many places these days.

We need to create an environment where everyone on the list can contribute.
I don't think we will do it by restricting and censoring one person's posts.
I for one will miss the updates on grant information which were always
interesting and helpful.

Now, I'll go back to lurking.
