To Indigo and the Museum Listers:

I appreciate Indigo's postings and professional attitude. I subscribe to
The New York Times because I get an educational discount (educators
discount) as an adjunct professor at the local university besides my museum
consulting work. It's only about $2 per week. But I don't subscribe to
The New York Post and sometimes, I don't have a chance to ready EVERYTHING in
the Times, so it is a blessing to get a reminder.

Why don't we get rid of the backbiting and unnecessary criticism on this List?
I think the important thing about the List is the collegiality that it
fosters. That's a good thing and what we should keep in mind.

Keep sending the posts, Indigo.

And you other folks: don't be afraid of criticism. Go ahead and respond
to interesting ideas on the list. Add your two cents. That's what keeps
it interesting.
Your voices are important, too.

Best Wishes for a Happy New Year!

Cordially,

pamela sezgin
