I don't know where you are located, but in many cities/states across the
country there are organizations of attorneys that provide artists and
arts-related organizations with assistance in the incorporating process. In
Atlanta, the group is called Georgia Lawyers for the Arts (GLA). The
organization provides regular workshops on the entire process and also works
with organizations to offer pro-bono or discounted services. You may want to
check w/ your local state arts agency, who will likely know if there is a
group in your state doing this sort of work.
