I've only been scanning this thread lightly.  However,
if you are planning a new facility (not you, Geri,
Hi/Hugs), but whomever, you may want to make sure your
treasure is accessible to the disabled.

It's been a while since I posted the checklist a blind
friend put together and I put up on a website as a
courtesy, but this might be a good time to make sure
the list has it for planning purposes.  It will give
you some additional insights, I think.
