I have somehow found myself chair of a technology committe for my
mid-sized museum, and I'm interested in finding out if other museums have
developed master technology plans. Basically, we're interested in laying
out a plan that addresses the different technological needs of the
different departments - curatorial, marketing, design, administration,
programs, and education. We do have an automated collection, though this
needs to be updated, and a basic website. But there is so much more we
could do, in theory. If others have created technology plans, I would
really appreciate
it if I could look at a copy of the plan. They can be e-mailed to me off
list.

Thanks in advance.
