Greetings List:

I am sending a propsal to begin a new small museum.  I am having difficulty
creating my budget and I would be keen to hear from other small museum
curators/directors.  What is the budget of a small museum?  It may seem
like a simple question to you, but I really have no idea.  I have looked on
the internet and found quotes  of $370,000 to $87,000 per year, but with no
outline as to where these funds are allocated.  Again, this is just as a
proposal so any skeletal format or outline would be great appreciated.
