Hello everybody,

I sent an e-mail a couple of months ago, asking some advice on selecting a
Collection Management Software
and I received a lot of answers. Eventhough I'm not finished with the
selection, I need to have a general idea of
how good are CMS packages to support libraries ?(documents information,
personnel activities, loans, etc)

Do CMS packages deal with documents (books, magazines, etc) like objects
collections?
I mean like an object that is stored and that can be exhibited, etc ??
or
Do CMS packages have special treatment for this kind of objects
(documents)??

Any comment will be helpful,

Thanks in advance for your time,

Ricardo Lopez
