This is a little disconcerting.  Although a few of the comments made during
this discussion have been a tad unprofessional, to avidly search for posts
by people to find out the negative comments they have made seems a little
extreme.

I would agree that someone who is always negative about pay, work
conditions, etc. is probably bad for an institution, but anyone can have a
bad day(s) and need to vent.
