I had been wondering what objects one could display in an exhibit on nursery
rhymes, and an appropriate "weasel" would certainly fit the bill. And if it
could be animated and equipped with sound--terrific!

"Ring around the Rosie" and the plague might represent a bigger
challenge--although there are probably prints or other illustrations which
could be borrowed from medical history collections. That's probably as
graphic as one might want to get.

I take back my doubts about turning this theme into an exhibit. With a
little imagination and the right resources, it could be quite exciting.
