The National Museum of Toys and Miniatures seeks an experienced Museum
Registrar to join our team. Reporting to the Curator of Collections, the
Museum Registrar will be responsible for the management and preservation of
collection records and archives according to AAM accreditation
standards. This includes, but is not limited to, legal documents, files,
and retrieval systems associated with collections, acquisitions,
accessions, deaccessions, cataloging, loans, packing, shipping, customs,
inventory, insurance, and storage.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a BA (MA preferred) in museum
studies, history, art history, or related field, and at least one year of
experience in a comparable position. Experience with collections management
databases, specifically PastPerfect, is preferred.
