I'm looking for a new way to keep track of attendance at my historic site park. In the past, we have only kept track of admission paying visitors. I am looking to also keep track of people that come to the park and don't pay admission (ex. take the self-guided tour, just want to look in gift shop, come to take tour but opt out when they find out it cost money, etc). Part of the buildings at the park are self-guided and don't have an admission fee. We have signs that say to check-in at the visitor's center when people arrive at the park but not everyone does that. Just wondering if anyone would be willing to share their document or excel sheet for how you keep track of visitors. Or if you have a certain method. Appreciate any help!
