Leadership Matters congratulates the American Association for State and
Local History for its decision to require salaries in the job listings it
promotes and we continue to underscore the importance of living and
equitable wages for all museum workers.

As we write in our post this week, there's a lot to unpack around the state
of the museum workforce. From pipeline to privilege to payroll, the field's
challenges are numerous and nuanced.
