Attached you will find U.S. House of Representatives, Request for Quotes
(RFQ) OAM18024S and attachment.



*Requirement:*

The U.S. House of Representatives (House), House Information Resources is
seeking a qualified contractor to build, design and installation of
exhibition cases in Cannon Basement Rotunda, as outlined in the attached
RFQ.



*Award*:

The House contemplates making one or more awards to qualified contractors.
Subcontracting and/or partnering are permitted however, quotations must be
submitted by the firm representing the majority of costs and holding the
contract in their name, which should be specifically referenced in the
proposal.



*Pre-Bid Conference and Walkthrough:*

A pre-bid conference and walkthrough will be held on Tuesday January 9,
2018 at 11:00 A.M EST in the Cannon Rotunda. Each vendor should email the
list of attendees to [log in to unmask] by

1:00 P.M. E.S.T January 8, 2018.



*Questions*:

Questions regarding the solicitation should be e-mailed to
[log in to unmask]  no later than 12:00 P.M. Eastern Time,
January 10, 2018. Questions received by that time will be addressed in an
Amendment to the solicitation which will be emailed to all vendors.



*Solicitation Amendments*:

Any changes to the solicitation, including any change to the date proposals
are due, will be emailed as an amendment to the solicitation.



*Proposals Submission*:



If your firm has the capability of providing the services listed on the
attached Request for Quotations (RFQ), please provide your proposal and
quotation. If your firm cannot or prefers not to quote on this effort,
please reply with a brief explanation.  If your quote is based on a General
Services Administration (GSA), Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP)
or other Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC), the offeror’s must
the requested information in Section K.10 of the RFQ.



Unless changed by an amendment to the solicitation, all proposals must be
received no later than 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time on January 17, 2018.
