Good afternoon,

Would you please forward the following call to art preservation contractors who would be interested in applying, thank you.

The city of Phoenix Office of Arts and Culture is currently looking for qualified vendors for public art cleaning, maintenance, transportation, painting, and fine art conservation services. These services would be for a period of three years, to assist in jobs pertaining to the City's Public Art and Municipal Art Collection. Currently, the city of Phoenix has approximately 200 artworks in the Public Art Collection and over 1,200 artworks in the Municipal Art Collection.

Bid submittals are due by Monday, January 21, 2019. Deadline has been extended to Monday, February 2, 2019 by 5:00 P.M. (Local Arizona Time). The sealed Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) must be submitted by the deadline to the Office of Arts and Culture located in Phoenix City Hall, 10th Floor, 200 West Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85003.
