Dear Celeste, as an evaluator and a native Spanish speaker, I would suggest
that you create and evaluate the Spanish sections  concurrently with the
English version of your curriculum.  Evaluating your materials with your
Spanish-speaking audience before the final product is created will be very
helpful in tailoring these materials to meet the unique needs of that
audience.
